GDA Curriculum - Class mapping & descriptions
MONTHLY TUITION SCHEDULE/PRICING
Annual Registration Fee: $25 single dancer; $40 per family
1 Class per Week = $70 monthly tuition 2 Classes per Week = $130 monthly tuition 3 Classes per Week = $160 monthly tuition 4 Classes per Week = $195 monthly tuition 5 Classes per Week = $225 monthly tuition 6 Classes per Week = $260 monthly tuition 7 Classes per Week = $290 monthly tuition 8 Classes per Week = $320 monthly tuition 9 Classes per Week = $350 monthly tuition Unlimited Classes per Week = $380 monthly tuition Tot Combo Unlimited = $125 monthly tuition Unlimited Classes 2nd Child = $345 monthly tuition Sibling Discount: -15% Single Class Rate = $20 Returned Check Fee $25 Private Lessons: $35 for ½ hour, $60 for 1 hour Studio Rental: $35/hour |
Birthday Party: $175 for 2 hours + 1 hour of set up – no Instructor;
$250 for 2 hours + 1 hour of set up + 1 hour with Instructor Tuition is due on the First (1st) of Every Month. A $20 late fee will be added after the Seventh (7th) of each month. Make up classes must be scheduled and completed within the month that the absence occurs. . There are no refunds or carryover of classes. NO EXCEPTIONS! There are no make-ups or refunds when the studio closes for an act of nature. Our tuition is based on a 4 week month. Calendar months with less than 4 weeks due to holidays or studio closure or months with more than 4 weeks are still considered 4 weeks. No additional charge is collected for months with 5 classes and no credit is offered when the month has less than 4 classes. Tuition is not prorated for absences or vacations. |
CLASS ETIQUETTE, DESCRIPTIONS, & DRESS CODE
Dancers must be on time, in appropriate dance attire, hair must be in a ponytail or a neat bun (required for all ballet classes), no jewelry (non-dangling earrings are okay). No food or chewing gum is allowed at anytime in the studio, only water. No interrupting classes during their class time. If you are late, please check with the front desk before entering class. If you have any questions to ask the instructor, please check first with the front desk before interrupting class. If you need to have a food snack between classes, please consume your food only in the appropriate areas. Please make sure that you clean up after yourself when you are finished.
Spectators are asked to please keep a positive attitude at all times and should keep the noise level down as not to disturb the classes. Spectators are not allowed to enter the studio while classes are in session.

Ballet Classes:
Ballet classes are to wear designated color leotards, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair MUST be in a neat bun. No leg warmers or skirts are allowed.
Pre-Ballet: Light pink leotard
Ballet A-1 & Higher: Black leotard
Boys: Black ballet shoes, appropriate dance attire
Jazz & Tap Classes:
Jazz and tap classes are to wear appropriate dance attire with hair pulled back into a neat ponytail or bun. Appropriate dance shoes are also required. Jazz classes need either black or tan jazz shoes, or half-shoes, and tap classes require tap shoes. Absolutely no jeans or denim of any kind.
Tumbling Classes:
Tumbling A-1 & higher - black leotard, black shorts. Hair must be in a neat ponytail.
Tot-Tumbling - Any color leotard and shorts
Boys - clothes they can easily move in
Hip Hop Classes:
Hip hop classes are to wear appropriate dance attire - NO JEANS ALLOWED. Dancers can wear sneakers or jazz shoes.

LOST & FOUND
Gotta Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure that your items are stored in your dance bag and that your dance bag is zipped up at all times and stored in a cubby or locker. Lost and Found: On the 1st of Each Month – all items in Lost and Found will be donated to the Goodwill.
